Cookie Policy
Version of 4 November 2026
What cookies and browser storage are
A cookie is a small file that a website saves in your browser and gets back with later requests. That is how a site knows that you are logged in or which language you chose.
Browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) is similar, but its data is not sent to the server on its own: only the site's page on your device reads it.
This Policy covers the catchy-me.com website and the Service's account.
Which cookies we use
Only necessary ones: without them, logging in and registration do not work, and without the language cookie the Service cannot remember the language you chose. Such cookies need no consent, which is why the site shows no consent banner.
| Cookie | Purpose | Lifetime | Type |
|---|---|---|---|
| __Host-c2s | keeps you logged in | 30 days | necessary, our own, hidden from scripts |
| __Host-c2r | links a registration you started to this browser until you enter the code | 1 day | necessary, our own, hidden from scripts |
| __Host-c2i | set in a support staff member's browser for the time they spend in a customer's account; never in yours | 30 minutes | necessary, our own, hidden from scripts |
| c2_lang | remembers the interface language you chose | 1 year | functional, chosen by you, our own |
All cookies are our own and are sent only over HTTPS. After updates of the Service, your browser may for a while still hold the same cookies under their earlier names: c2s and c2i.
Browser storage
| Key | What it holds | Where |
|---|---|---|
| c2.lang | the language you chose | localStorage |
| c2.draft.v1, c2.draft.parked.v1 | the draft of a search setup: website address and text, company description, goals, audiences, ideal customer description, links from the exclusion list and the file name | localStorage |
| c2.draft.outbox.v1 with the account number | changes to the draft that have not yet been saved to your account | localStorage |
| c2.desk.v1 | which outreach screen you opened last in each search | localStorage |
| c2.chunkReload | a technical mark: the page reloaded after a loading failure | sessionStorage, until the tab is closed |
This data stays on your device and is not passed to third parties. The Service also saves the draft to your account so that it is not lost. Unsaved draft changes stay in the browser after you log out, until they are saved. If you used someone else's computer, clear the site's data in the browser.
Your browser may also cache images and files of the Service, such as photos in search results, under the usual HTTP rules.
What we do not use
We have no analytics, advertising, third-party cookies, tracking pixels or third-party scripts. Fonts are loaded from our own servers. If this changes, we will first update this page and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent.
How to manage cookies
You can view and delete cookies and storage in your browser settings, and block cookies there too. If you block the necessary cookies, you will not be able to log in or register.
When you log out, we also delete the session on our server.
